TIMING & VENUE
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that you arrive by 3:45 PM to find your seat.

Can we have a drink before the ceremony?
The bar will open immediately following the ceremony.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
We plan to have the ceremony outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Are there restrictions on where we can have drinks?
Yes, due to liquor licensing, alcohol must remain inside the venue or on the designated patio areas. Please do not take drinks into the parking lot or beyond the patio.

What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal / Cocktail.​
Please note our bridesmaids will be wearing Dark Olive Green dresses.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please kindly confirm your attendance by May 1, 2026.

Are children invited?
We have decided to make our special day an adult-only celebration. However, we understand that leaving a newborn can be difficult. Babes in arms are welcome. Thank you for understanding!

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?
Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options. Please include any specific allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.
TRANSPORTATION
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Bridlewoods Event Center has a large private parking lot with plenty of space for all our guests.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Absolutely. We want everyone to get home safely, so if you end up having a few drinks, please leave your car at the venue. Overnight parking is fully permitted, just please swing by and pick up your vehicle the next day!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?
Yes, we have arranged a shuttle service specifically for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites.

What time does the shuttle leave?
The shuttle will run on a loop starting at 2:45pm. Since the bus only seats 24 people per trip, please plan to be ready for the first departure to guarantee your ride to the venue

The Fairfield Inn & Suites block is sold out. Where should I stay?
Due to the 2026 World Cup, securing additional hotel blocks has been challenging. We recommend looking for an Airbnb near Cultus Lake or booking at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Chilliwack.

Will the shuttle pick up from the Hampton Inn?
Currently, the shuttle is set for the Fairfield. However, if enough guests book at the Hampton Inn, we will arrange a pick-up there as well. Please let us know if you book there so we can track the numbers!
